When to take a nap

Sometimes all you want to do is nap.Napping can do many things to help you with health. For example napping for 20 to 30 minutes, can help improve alertness, mood, and performance.  When is the best time to take a nap? Answer the questions on the board between rooms 218 and 219 to decide if its time to take a nap. Then take a power nap to improve your focus.
